Clothes Whores

Good thing most of you probably live on your own. Unfortunately, I am still in college and spend summer at my family's house. If there is one thing I cannot stand with my family, it is people touching my stuff.

My brother, a non-chalant ENFP (age 19), takes and wears my underwear, nice expensive shirts, and socks. He wears them to other people's houses, where somehow they get lost, and a few weeks later I find someone else wearing my clothing (I know it is my clothing and not their own store bought brand). He and his friends and other people also leave trash and wrappers in my car, and cover it up by stuffing it in my seats. I ask before hand to not leave stuff in my car, but it always fails to register. Even I ask sometimes, did you leave trash, people will do one of two things, (1) throw it out the window on the road, or (2) lie and then I pull out the trash I saw them stuff in the seat and see them lie again in my face.

I do not know if it is just me or other INFJs, but do you get pissed off when people disrespect your property blantantly, in front of your face sometimes? This should not fly with anyone, or at least I hope not.

No wonder people think I am grumpy all the time.

That would annoy me too. I don't have this happen much these days, maybe 'cause I'm a minimalist and no one finds anything they want to borrow, lol.
Seriously though, having to deal with something that is not changing would drive me crazy and I'd definitely get irritable, especially if it had to do with my private space/stuff. If it went on for more then a few times I'd most likely put a keyed doorknob on my door. Then put a few obvious trash receptacles in the car and ask that they be used or they'd lose car borrowing privileges. I did the car trash receptacle thing with friends and husband and it worked...I really dislike nagging so I have to either fix it or accept it - or else I end up making myself sick/insane.
